Digital Designer - Heads & Tales, Melbourne or Sydney

We are currently seeking an experienced digital designer to work alongside a passionate team of creatives with the responsibility of ideating and bringing to life content across web, motion and social for a wide range of clients in diverse sectors. You will be a self-motivated and well-rounded creative talent who enjoys applying your skills to any subject. Skilled with multimedia design and production, we can throw any brief your way and you’ll nail it. You have a passion for design, photography & video in all forms, with the drive and ability to get out and capture some engaging content to help feed content-hungry channels.

What we’re looking for:

• Relevant qualifications/degree
• 1-2 years of studio experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to take direction, follow briefs and manage workflow efficiently
• A team player who’s able to work independently and with initiative
• Someone who’s keen to develop and grow
• Competent in Adobe CS (After Effects, Premier Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma)
• Someone attune to design and social media trends
• A portfolio that showcases your talent

No two days will be the same, but responsibilities include:

• Assisting art directors across a variety of creative/digital projects
• Creating engaging social media content for clients within a variety of sectors including property/construction, events and finance
• Ideation and bringing content to life through video, photography and motion design
• Adopt new and innovative ways to showcase the Heads & Tales portfolio of work and its people/culture
